A gin crafted with three kinds of citrus fruits, ginger leaves, chamomile, and more—the most classical expression in the LAST lineup. Its base spirit is a shochu distilled from sake lees provided by Amabuki Shuzo in Saga Prefecture, originally at risk of being discarded. This results in an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel.
While highlighting the fruity aroma of the sake lees, the botanicals—three types of citrus, ginger leaves, and chamomile—add layers of citrusy and fresh green notes, creating a complex and multi-dimensional flavor.
